One-Year-Old Reportedly Left Alone in Parking Lot: Johnston Police Reports

A woman in the 10500 block of Windsor Parkway, Johnston, reported someone had made a $1,200 charge on one of her credit cards without her authorization.
Police were called to 6052 Glenn Circle on a report that the parents of a one-year-old boy left him by himself in a parking lot. Ben Cecil Bell III, 28, of 648 34th St., Des Moines, and Dionna Arlene Ashby Ganaway, 27, 6052 Glenn Circle, Johnston, were both charged with neglect of a dependent person.

Los Paul Harned, 42, of 6415 Wilcot Court, Johnston, was arrested for public intoxication at 5291 Stoney Creek Court.
