Johnston Swimming Coach Walling Receives Golden Plaque Honor
She is only the second coach in Iowa swimming history to receive the honor.
From the Johnston Community School District:
Johnston swimming coach Shari Walling has received the Golden Plaque Award from the Iowa Girls’ High School Athletic Union for her distinguished coaching in the sport of swimming. She is only the second coach in Iowa swimming history to receive the honor.
Walling will be recognized at the Girls’ State Swim Meet in Marshalltown on November 9. Congratulations to Coach Walling!
