Sept. 27:
Parent reported her daughter's Samsung Galaxy Note was stolen from a backpack at school. Female juvenile was charged with theft.
Sept. 29:
Taylor Andrew Johnson, 22, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment.
Sept. 30:
Taylor James Cook, 24, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with driving while denied, cancelled, suspended or revoked, operating without registration and violation of financial liability coverage.
Oct. 1:
A woman reported someone had stolen her rear license plate while she was parked in the parking lot of a movie theater at 5233 Stoney Creek Court.
Wesley Adam Lamp, 42, of Persia, arrested and charged with panhandling on Merle Hay Road in Webster Township.
